Description: Tissue Factor (TF) is a cell-surface protein present on endothelial cells and monocytes which is involved in coagulation and inflammation. TF is the primary initiator of the blood coagulation protease cascade functioning as a receptor and cofactor for the extrinsic tenase complex.
