Description : |
Interleukin-17 receptor B, also known as IL-17 receptor B, IL-17RB, Cytokine receptor-like 4, IL-17 receptor homolog 1, Interleukin-17B receptor, IL-17B receptor, IL17RB and CRL4, is a secreted and single-pass type I membrane protein which contains one SEFIR domain. IL-17B receptor / IL17RB is expressed in several endocrine tissues, mostly in fetal and adult liver, kidney, pancreas, testis, colon, brain and small intestine; not detected in peripheral blood leukocytes, lymphoid organs, and most cell lines. IL-17B receptor / IL17RB is a receptor for the proinflammatory cytokines IL17B and IL17E. IL-17B receptor / IL17RB does not bind to IL17 and IL17C. IL-17B receptor / IL17RB may play a role in controlling the growth and / or differentiation of hematopoietic cells. IL-17B receptor / IL17RB has also been shown to mediate the activation of NF-kappaB and the production of IL8 induced by IL17E. |

Arg 18 |
Form : |
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose and mannitol are added as protectants before lyophilization. Specific concentrations are included in the hardcopy of COA. Please contact us for any concerns or special requirements. |
Molecular Mass : |
The recombinant human IL17BR/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 513 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 56.9 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 67 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. |
