Description : This gene encodes a member of the sarcoglycan alpha/epsilon family of transmembrane proteins. The encoded protein is part of the dystrophin-glycoprotein complex which links the extracellular matrix to the cytoskeleton in muscle fibers. Disruption of this gene results in progressive muscular dystrophy and is associated with the development of embryonal rhabdomysarcoma.
Source : E. Coli or Yeast
Species : Mouse
Tag : His
Form : This item requires custom production and lead time is between 5-9 weeks. We can custom produce according to your specifications.
Protein length : 387
Purity : >90%
Notes : Small volumes of Sgca recombinant protein may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice.
