| Description : | B7-H2, also known as CD275, is a member of the B7 family and has a predicted molecular weight of ~31 kDa. Mouse B7-H2 is expressed by antigen presenting cells including B cells, monocytes/macrophages and dendritic cells. It binds to the ICOS molecule. The interaction of ICOS/B7-H2 plays an important role in the T cell costimulation pathway. |
