Active Recombinant Cynomolgus CD3E, His-tagged

Cat.No. : CD3E-113C
Product Overview : Recombinant Cynomolgus CD3E /CD3 Epsilon Protein(Gln 22-Asp 117), fused with His tag, was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293).

Source : HEK293
Species : Cynomolgus
Tag : His
Form : Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Bio-activity : Immobilize Cynomolgus CD3 epsilon, His Tag at 2 μg/mL, add increasing concentrations of Bispecific T cell Engager (CD3 X BCMA), and then add Biotinylated Human BCMA, Fc,Avitag at 0.2 μg/mL. Detection is performed using HRP-conjugated streptavidin. Binding occurs at a linear range of 1-5 ng/mL.
Molecular Mass : The protein has a calculated MW of 16.1 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the protein migrates as 18-23 kDa under reducing (R) condition, and 33-40 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE).
Protein Length : Gln 22 - Asp 117
Endotoxin : Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Purity : >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
>90% as determined by SEC-MALS.
Storage : For long term storage, the product should be stored at lyophilized state at -20 centigrade or lower.
Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
This product is stable after storage at:
-20 centigrade to -70 centigrade for 12 months in lyophilized state;
-70 centigrade for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents.
