Human Diencephalon Lysate

Cat.No.: Diencephalon-19H
Species: Human
Form: The human diencephalon tissue total protein is provided in a buffer including HEPES (pH7.9), MgCl2, KCl, EDTA, Sucrose, Glycerol, Sodium deoxycholate, NP-40, and a cocktail of protease inhibitors.
Concentration: 3 mg/ml
Tissue Type: Diencephalon
Preparation method: Human diencephalon tissue lysate was prepared by homogenization using a proprietary technique. The tissue was frozen in liquid nitrogen immediately after excision and then stored at -70°C. The human diencephalon tissue total protein is provided in a buffer including HEPES (pH7.9), MgCl2, KCl, EDTA, Sucrose, Glycerol, Sodium deoxycholate, NP-40, and a cocktail of protease inhibitors. For quality control purposes, the diencephalon tissue pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is shown to be consistent for each lot by visualization with coomassie blue staining. The diencephalon tissue is then Western analyzed by either GAPDH or β-actin antibody, and the expression level is consistent with each lot.
Safety Testing: This material has been tested by accepted techniques and has been found to be negative for HBsAg, HIV 1/2, and HCV. Additional patient information may be available upon request.
Diagnosis: Normal
Expiration Date: One half year from date of receipt
Size: 0.1 mg, 0.5 mg
Storage Instruction: This lysate should be aliquoted in working amounts and may be stored for up to one month at 2-8°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. For longer term storage, freeze working aliquots at -70°C.
Applications: This lysate is for use in Western blotting, 10 μg to 20 μg per lane is recommended for mini gel.
