• Product Overview: CM Dextran Resin is a weak cation exchanger based on the well documented and well proven Dextran base matrix. The resin is produced by introducing CM functional groups onto the cross-linked dextran matrix.

• Chemical stability: Stable to all commonly used aqueous buffers and additives such as 8 M urea and 6 M guanidine hydrochloride.
• Physical stability: Negligible volume variation due to changes in pH or ionic strrength.
• pH working range: 6-10
• pH CIP range: 2-13
• Autoclavable: In 0.1 M sodium chloride at 121 °C for 30 min
• Warning: Avoid Oxidising agents and dextranase
