|Product Overview :
||Recombinant Human BACE1 extracellular domain mature form (Met1-Thr 457) (NP_036236.1), fused with a quinary-aa peptide (DDDDK) at the C-terminus, was produced in Human Cell.
||Lyophilized from sterile 50mM Tris, 100mM NaCl, pH 8.0
|Molecular Mass :
||The recombinant human BACE1 consists of 442 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 49 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the rhBACE1 migrates as an approximately 65 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
||< 1.0 eu per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
||Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70oC.
||Store it under sterile conditions at -20oC~-70oC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
||It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution. Centrifuge the vial at 4oC before opening to recover the entire contents.
