||Recombinant Human GNS precursor (NP_002067.1) (Met 1-Leu 552), fused with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag, was produced in Human Cell.
||Lyophilized from sterile 25mM Tris, 0.15M NaCl, pH 7.5
||The recombinant human GNS consists of 527 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 59.7 kDa. By SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rhGNS is approximately 95-105 kDa due to the glycosylation.
||< 1.0 eu per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
||Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70oC.
||Store it under sterile conditions at -20oC~-70oC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
||It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution. Centrifuge the vial at 4oC before opening to recover the entire contents.
