Description: EPAC (exchange protein directly activated by cAMP) is a Rap-specific guanine-nucleotide exchange factor (GEF). EPAC is activated by the binding of cAMP to a cyclic nucleotide monophosphate-binding domain. N-terminal deletion of the DEP domain (domain that occur in Dishevelled, Egl-10, and Pleckstrin) of EPAC _DEP does not affect regulation of EPAC-activity but affects membrane localization.

Usage: For in vitro use only.
Form: Liquid. Supplied in 50 mM Tris-HCl pH 7.6, 50 mM NaCl, 5 mM DTE and 5 % glycerol.
