||Murine Exodus-2 is a member of the CC chemokine family and is expressed in lymph nodes, in the spleen and appendix. Murine Exodus-2 has been shown to inhibit hemopoiesis and to stimulate chemotaxis of T- and B-Lymphocytes.

||The biological activity of Murine Exodus-2 was determined by a chemotaxis assay using murine T-cells. Significant chemotaxis was achieved at a concentration of 10.0-100 ng/ml.

||Please Note: Always centrifuge product briefly before opening the vial. The lyophilized protein should be reconstituted in sterile, ultra-pure water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at -20°C for future use.

||The lyophilized powder, though stable at room temperature for up to 3 weeks, is best stored desiccated at -20°C. Reconstituted CTACK should be used immediately or stored in undiluted working aliquots at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze / thaw cycles.
