Cat. No. : | TACSTD2-1694H |
Description : | Trop-2 is a cell surface glycoprotein that is highly expressed in a wide variety of epithelial cancers. There is little or no expression of Trop-2 in adult somatic tissue. Trop-2 is a novel calcium signal transducer involved in the regulation of cell- cell adhesion. It is an oncogene that has potential as a therapeutic target. It is a possible candidate gene for diagnosis and molecular target therapy of colorectal cancer. |
Molecular Weight : | The predicted molecular weight of Recombinant Human TROP-2 is Mr 49.2 kDa. However, the actual molecular weight as observed by migration on SDS Page is Mr 70-80 kDa. |
Source : | Mammalian cells |
State Of Matter : | Lyophilized. |
Purity : | >95% by SDS Page and analyzed by silver stain. |
Endotoxin : | <1.0 EU/µg as determined by the LAL method. |
Storage And Stability : | This lyophilized protein is stable for six to twelve months when stored desiccated at -20℃ to -70℃. After aseptic reconstitution, this protein may be stored at 2℃ to 8℃ for one month or at -20℃ to -70℃ in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. See Product Insert for exact lot specific storage instructions. |
