Cat. No. : RNASEH2A-76H
Description : The protein encoded by this gene is a component of the heterotrimeric type II ribonuclease H enzyme (RNAseH2). RNAseH2 is the major source of ribonuclease H activity in mammalian cells and endonucleolytically cleaves ribonucleotides. It is predicted to remove Okazaki fragment RNA primers during lagging strand DNA synthesis and to excise single ribonucleotides from DNA-DNA duplexes.
Source : E. coli.
Purity : > 95%.
Concentration : 2 x 105 units/ml, 100 μl.
Form : Stored in PBS buffer with 0.1% BSA.
Storage : -70oC. Keep Freeze thaw to a minimum. Dilute only in buffers containing protein such as 0.1% BSA, Dilution of material below 2 x105 units/ml is not recommended.
