• Description: 2× Pfu PCR Master Mix is a premixed, ready-to-use solution containing Pfu DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, MgSO4 and Reaction Buffer at optimal concentrations for efficient amplification of DNA templates by PCR. The 2× Pfu PCR Master Mix has been optimized for use in routine PCR for amplifying DNA templates in the range of 0.2-3kb.
• PCR Master Mix, 2×: 50 units/ml of Pfu DNA Polymerase supplied in a proprietary reaction buffer (pH 8.5), 400μM each of dATP, dGTP, dCTP, dTTP, 4mM MgSO4.
• Feature: Fast: Set up reactions in less than a minute. Sensitive: Amplify as little as 2 copies of target template. High Fidelity: 2x Pfu PCR Master Mix exhibits the lowest error rate of any thermostable DNA polymerase. Convenient: One tube, one pipetting step. Complete: Reagents, including Pfu DNA Polymerase, MgSO4, dNTPs and buffers, in one tube. Scalable: Set up 10μl, 25μl or 50μl reactions. Stable: Stable for hundreds freeze-thaw cycles.
