Description : | 2× Pfu PCR Master Mix is a premixed, ready-to-use solution containing Pfu DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, MgSO4 and Reaction Buffer at optimal concentrations for efficient amplification of DNA templates by PCR. The 2× Pfu PCR Master Mix has been optimized for use in routine PCR for amplifying DNA templates in the range of 0.2-3kb. |
PCR Master Mix, 2× : | 50 units/ml of Pfu DNA Polymerase supplied in a proprietary reaction buffer (pH 8.5), 400μM each of dATP, dGTP, dCTP, dTTP, 4mM MgSO4. |

High Fidelity: 2x Pfu PCR Master Mix exhibits the lowest error rate of any thermostable DNA polymerase. Convenient: One tube, one pipetting step.
