Description: 2× Genotyping PCR Master Mix ( Taq DNA Polymerase in separate tube, should be added before use) is a premixed, ready-to-use solution containing dNTPs, Mg2+ and Reaction Buffer at optimal concentrations, specially designed for identifying target DNA fragment from complex genome background. It is about 102-104 times more sensitive than general PCR system, especially for high GC contents or DNA sequence with complex structure. The 2× Genotyping PCR Master Mix has been optimized for use in routine PCR for amplifying genomic DNA templates in the range of 0.2-3kb.
PCR Master Mix, 2×: dNTPs, Mg2+ and optimized Reaction Buffer.
Feature: Fast: Set up reactions in less than a minute. Sensitive: Amplify as little as 2 copies of target template. Convenient: Two tubes, few pipetting steps. Complete: Reagents, Mg2+, dNTPs and buffers, in one tubes. Scalable: Set up 10µl, 25µl or 50µl reactions. Stable: The 2×Mix is stable for 50 freeze-thaw cycles.
