Description: 2× Taq Plus PCR Master Mix is a premixed, ready-to-use solution containing Taq Plus DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2 and Reaction Buffer at optimal concentrations for efficient amplification of DNA templates by PCR. The 2× Taq Plus PCR Master Mix has been optimized for use in routine PCR for amplifying DNA templates in the range of 1-10kb.
PCR Master Mix, 2×: 50 units/ml of Taq Plus DNA Polymerase supplied in a proprietary reaction buffer (pH 8.8), 400μM each of dATP, dGTP, dCTP, dTTP, 7mM MgCl2.
Feature: Fast: Set up reactions in less than a minute. Sensitive: Amplify as little as 2 copies of target template. High Fidelity: With an error frequency of 1.6×10-6 during DNA synthesis. Higher yield: Taq Plus increases the efficiency of polymerization reaction, resulting in a great percentage of extenuation reaction completion up to 10 kb to 30 kb. Convenient: One tube, one pipetting step. Complete: Reagents, including Taq Plus DNA Polymerase, Mg2+, dNTPs and buffers, in one tube. Scalable: Set up 10μl, 25μl or 50μl reactions. Stable: Stable for hundreds freeze-thaw cycles.
