Recombinant Human LYNA, GST-tagged

Cat. No.: LYNA-759H
Product Overview: Recombinant Human LYNA protein (Met 1 - Pro 512), fused with the GST tag at the N-terminus, was expressed inBaculovirus.
Description: V-yes-1 Yamaguchi sarcoma viral related oncogene homolog, also known as LYN, is a member of the Src family of protein tyrosine kinases, which is mainly expressed in hematopoietic cells and in neural tissues. In various hematopoietic cells, LYN has emerged as a key enzyme involved in the regulation of cell activation. In these cells, a small amount of LYN is associated with cell surface receptor proteins, including the B cell antigen receptor (BCR), CD40, or CD19. Following engagement of the B cell receptors, LYN undergoes rapid phosphorylation and activation.
Source: Baculovirus.
Molecular Mass: The recombinant human LYN / GST chimera consists of 736 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 84.8 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 75 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Predicted N Terminal: Met.
Purity: > 94% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: Lyophilized from sterile 50mM Tris, 100mM NaCl, pH 8.0 , 0.5mM Reduced Glutathione, 10%gly, 0.5mM PMSF.
Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Reconstitution: A hardcopy of COA with reconstitution instruction is sent along with the products. Please refer to it for detailed information.
Storage And Stability: Store it under sterile conditions at -700C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage and usage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
