| Reconstitution : |
Reconstituted in 50 μL molecular grade water to yield a 1 mg/mL solution. Once reconstituted, store at 4 centigrade for up to 1 month or at -20 centigrade for up to 12 months. |
| Usage : |
1. For ELISA, coat microtiter wells with 1-2 μg/mL of G2S2(α2,6)N-BSA in preferred buffer for 1 h at 37 centigrade. Block wells, then incubate with samples followed by detection reagents.
2. For Western/lectin blotting, load 1 μg of G2S2(α2,6)N-BSA alongside your samples in SDS-PAGE. Transfer to nitrocellulose membrane and probe with detection reagents.
3. For GlycoSense Array Kit control, use 2-10 μg/mL of biotinylated G2S2(α2,6)N-BSA in preferred incubation buffer. Detect binding using fluorescent streptavidin conjugate. |
