• Description: The MDA-MB-435 cell line was originally derived from pleural effusion of a female breast cancer patient in 1976 at MD-Anderson, Houston, TX, USA. Ever since the ‘MDA-MB-435’ cell line has been in use in established laboratories as a model for human breast cancer, worldwide.

• Stability: The lysate is stable for at least one year from date of shipping when stored at -80 centigrade. After incubation with SDS-PAGE sample buffer, SDS-PAGE samples need to be stored in -20 centigrade for long term storage.
• Storage: Store the lysate at -80 centigrade and avoid repeated freeze / thaw cycles.
• Concentration: 1 vial of 100 μg whole cell lysate in RIPA buffer.
