• In Vitro: Human IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control is commonly used as a negative control in experiments. It has a similar structure and biological properties to human immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) but lacks specific antigen-binding capability. Human IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control (10 μg/mL, 2-6 h) does not enhance the activity of NK cells in killing CRPC cells or normal prostate epithelial cells.
• In Vivo: Human IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control (10 mg/kg, intraperitoneal injection, once every 4 days for a total of 4 doses) did not exhibit anti-tumor activity and had no effect on the survival time of mice in the C4-2 or 22RV1 xenograft models.
