• Description: The ACHN cell line was initiated in November, 1979 from the malignant pleural effusion of a 22-year-old Caucasian male with widely metastatic renal adenocarcinoma (autopsy confirmed).
• Applications: IP, WB
• Stability: The lysate is stable for at least one year from date of shipping when stored at -80 centigrade. After incubation with SDS-PAGE sample buffer, SDS-PAGE samples need to be stored in -20 centigrade for long term storage.
• Storage: Store the lysate at -80 centigrade and avoid repeated freeze / thaw cycles.
• Concentration: 1 vial of 100 μg whole cell lysate in RIPA buffer.
