||Hydroxyphenyl fluorescein (HPF) is a highly selective, cell permeable fluorescent probe for the detection of highly Reactive Oxygen Species (hROS): hydroxyl radical (OH•), and peroxynitrite (ONOO-) detection. It has little reactivity towards other hROS such as: hypochlorite (-OCl), singlet oxygen (O2), superoxide (O2-•), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), nitric oxide (NO•), and alkyl peroxide (RO2•).

It has little reactivity towards other hROS such as: hypochlorite (-OCl), singlet oxygen (021), superoxide (02-•), hydrogen peroxide (H202), nitric oxide (NO•), and alkyl peroxide (RO2•).
