• Description: Tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanate (TRITC) is stable and less sensitive to light compared to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). The conjugate of albumin with TRITC is effective for following microcirculation in vivo microscopy. Albumin-TRITC aids tracking of calcium phosphate nanoparticle bound DNA in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (T-HUVEC).
