• Form: 62.5 mM Tris-H3PO4, pH7.5, 2mM EDTA, 2 % (W/V)SDS, 33 % (W/V) Glycerol, 5mM DTT, 0.02 % (V/V) Proclin300.
• Notes: 1. In low concentration glue, low molecular weight protein will swim in the leading edge of the dye.
  2. Western blot of large molecular weight protein requires extending the transfer time or increasing the transfer voltage. In addition, it is recommended that no SDS be added to the membrane transfer solution. If the experiment must be used, the SDS concentration should not exceed 0.02%-0.04%.
  3. The predyed protein has different apparent molecular weight under different buffering systems, and the molecular weight of the protein can be roughly determined if the non-predyed protein is calibrated in advance in the buffering system.
