Description : Recombinant Dengue p42 antigen is a genetically engineered protein generated from dengue envelope protein, containing most dengue subtype epitopes. Specifically developed for dengue IgG/IgM lateral flow immunoassay. Recombinant Dengue p42 can detect dengue IgG and IgM from all four infected dengue virus subtypes. Having over 90% sensitivity and specify to detect dengue IgM and IgG. This antigen gives a good performance to detect dengue IgM with strong signal intensity. Genetic designed dengue multiple epitopes are fused together specially for lateral flow product. It can detect both dengue IgG and IgM with stronge signal without false positivity.
Source : E. coli
Species : Dengue virus
Form : Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4 and 0.02% sodium nitrate.
