• Product Overview: Recombinant Dengue Virus serotype 4 NS1 protein hexamer, incorporating a C-terminal 6×His-tag, produced in mammalian HEK293 cells at greater than 95% purity. NS1 protein is available in a choice of two buffers, Tris-Nacl or EPPS-NaCl, both at pH8.5. Tris buffered NS1 protein is suitable for most standard applications.
  DENV4 NS1 protein is engineered on human cell lines using state-of-the-art expression techniques.
