• Description: Cytochromes P450 are a group of heme-thiolate monooxygenases. In liver microsomes, this enzyme is involved in an NADPH-dependent electron transport pathway. This isozyme seems responsible for metabolism of 2,2',4,4',5,5'-hexachlorobiphenyl.
