Description : | Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 9 (CXCL9) is a small cytokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family that is also known as Monokine induced by gamma interferon (MIG). CXCL9 is a T-cell chemoattractant, which is induced by IFN-γ. It is closely related to two other CXC chemokines called CXCL10 and CXCL11, whose genes are located near the gene for CXCL9 on human chromosome 4. |

Ask a questionCXCL9 can bind specifically to CXCR3 and accumulate at sites of inflammation, thereby inducing and exacerbating the inflammatory response.
Yes, we will provide you with the most suitable labels according to your experimental needs.
No, CXCL9 can only be detected when the organism is inflamed or infected.
CXCL9 is mainly secreted by endothelial cells and monocytes.
CXCL9 has been linked to pulmonary embolism, asthma and breast cancer research.
