• Molecular Mass: Recombinant HA/mFc is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein. The reduced monomer consisting of 754 amino acids has a calculated molecular mass of 85.7 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the HA/mFc monomer migrates as an approximately 110-120 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
