Cat. No. : CCL1-168H
Description : CCL1 (chemokine C-C motif ligand 1) is a small glycoprotein secreted by activated T cells that belongs to a family inflammatory cytokines known as chemokines. CCL1 attracts monocytes, NK cells, and immature B cells and dendritic cells by interacting with a cell surface chemokine receptor called CCR8. Unlike the other members of the C-C family, CCL1 does not induce chemotaxis in natural killer (NK) cells.
Source : E.coli.
Form : Liquid. In 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 7.5) containing 2mM DTT, 10% glycerol, 50mM NaCl.
Molecular Weight : 10.8 kDa (94aa) confirmed by MALDI-TOF.
Purity : > 85% by SDS - PAGE.
Concentration : 0.5 mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay).
Endotoxin Level : < 1.0 EU per 1 μg of protein (determined by LAL method).
