|Product Overview :
||Recombinant human CYLD isoform 1 protein Protein contains an N-terminal 6-His tag was expressed in Spodoptera frugiperda, Sf 21.
||This gene is encodes a cytoplasmic protein with three cytoskeletal-associated protein-glycine-conserved (CAP-GLY) domains that functions as a deubiquitinating enzyme. Mutations in this gene have been associated with cylindromatosis, multiple familial trichoepithelioma, and Brooke-Spiegler syndrome. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized.
||Recombinant Human His6-CYLD Isoform 1 is a Ubiquitin-specific deconjugating enzyme. Reaction conditions will need to be optimized for each specific application. We recommend an initial Recombinant Human His6-CYLD Isoform 1 concentration of 50-500 nM.
