Recombinant Human Etythropoietin Receptor, Fc-tagged

Cat.No. : EPOR-4114H
Product Overview : A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain ( Met 1 - Pro 250 ) of human EPOR ( NP_000112.1 ) linked with the extracellular domain ( Trp 17 - Trp 443 ) of human CD131 ( NP_000386.1 ) by a peptide linker was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.

Cat. No. : EPOR-4114H
Description : EPOR is a single-pass type I membrane protein which belongs to the type I cytokine receptor family and Type 1 subfamily.
Source : Human
Host : Human Cells
Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose and mannitol are added as protectants before lyophilization. Specific concentrations are included in the hardcopy of COA.
Purity : > 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method
Stability : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70°C.
Predicted N terminal : Ala 25
Molecular Mass : The recombinant human EPOR&CD131 / Fc chimera is a disulfide-linked homodimer of EPOR & CD131-Fc heterodimer. The reduced EPOR & CD131-Fc comprises 906 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 101 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of the recombinant protein is approximately 125 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Storage : Store it under sterile conditions at -70°C upon receiving. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Pathways : Cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction; EPO Receptor Signaling; EPO signaling pathway; Hematopoietic cell lineage; Jak-STAT siqnaling pathway; Kit Receptor Siqnaling Pathway; Paxillin-independent events mediated by a4b1 and a4b7; Siqnaling events mediated by Stem cell factor (c-Kit)
Protein length : 1-250;17-443 a.a.
