The reduced monomer consists of 411 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 44.5 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rh IL18BPa/Fc monomer is approximately 70-75 kDa due to glycosylation.
