THP-1 cells were cultured in RPMI-1640 and stimulated with 2ng/mL IL-4, after 10 days of stimulation, partial cells became larger, grew synapses, and had vesicular bodies intracellular, which showed a morphological characteristics of dendritic cells and macrophages.
