Source : HEK293
Species : Human
Predicted N Terminal : Val 30
Form : Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4, 10% trehalose.
Molecular Mass : The protein has a calculated MW of 20.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 24-27 kDa on a SDS-PAGE gel under reducing condition due to different glycosylation.
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Purity : >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Characteristic : The primary amines in the side chains of lysine residues and the N-terminus of the protein are conjugated with biotins using standard chemical labeling method. A standard biotin reagent (13.5 angstroms) is used in this product. The biotin to protein ratio is 4-5.5 as determined by the HABA assay.
Stability : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Storage : For long term storage, the product should be stored at lyophilized state at -20ºC or lower. Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. No activity loss is observed after storage at: 4-8ºC for 12 months in lyophilized state; -70ºC for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents.
