• Reconstitution: Centrifuge vialprior to opening. First add sterile distilled water to the vial to fullysolubilize the protein to a concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Aftercomplete solubilization of the protein, it can be further diluted to otheraqueous solutions.
• Storage: Store lyophilizedprotein at -20°C to -80°C. Reconstituted protein is stable for 1 week at2-4°C. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C to -80°C with acarrier protein (0.1%HSA or BSA) as a stabilizer. Please note that theaddition of any carrier protein into this product may produce unwantedendotoxin. This depends upon the particular application employed. Avoidrepeated freeze-thaw cycles.
