Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in 50 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCl, 2 mM CaCl2, pH7.5, 10% trehalose. |
Bio-activity : |
Immobilized Human TGFB1, His Tag at 5 ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human ITGAV&ITGB6, His Tag, Avi Tag with a linear range of 2-10 ug/mL. Immobilized Fibronectin at 10 ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human ITGAV&ITGB6, His Tag, Avi Tag with a linear range of 0.08-1.25 ug/mL. |
Molecular Mass : |
Biotinylated Human ITGAV & ITGB6 Heterodimer Protein, produced by co-expression of ITGAV and ITGB6, has a calculated MW of 113 kDa (ITGAV) and 79.6 kDa (ITGB6). The reducing protein migrates as 100-140 kDa (ITGAV) and 145-160 kDa (ITGB6) respectively due to glycosylation. |
Endotoxin : |
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method. |
Purity : |
>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. |
Characteristic : |
Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin. |
Stability : |
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC. |
Storage : |
For long term storage, the product should be stored at lyophilized state at -20ºC or lower. Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. No activity loss is observed after storage at: 4-8ºC for 12 months in lyophilized state; -70ºC for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution. |
Reconstitution : |
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents. |
