• Description: Recombinant Rubella Nucleocapsid protein produced as a fusion protein in the Eukaryotic Expression System. Fusion protein mol.wt: approx. 33kD. This protein binds to goat anti- rubella polyclonal antibodies and rubella converted human serum polyclonal antibodies in ELISA( IgG, IgM) and Western Elisa. Antigen tested by dot blots and lateral flow immunochromatographic tests for diagnostic use.
