Source : HEK293
Species : Human
Tag : His
Form : Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 25 mM MES, 150 mM NaCl, pH7.5, 10% trehalose.
Bio-activity : Immobilized Human Siglec-15, His Tag at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Mouse Human chimeric mAb (5G12, Human IgG1) with a linear range of 0.2-2 ng/mL. Immobilized Human Siglec-15, His Tag at 10 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Neu5Ac(a2-6)GalNAc-PAA-biotin with a linear range of 0.078-0.313 μg/mL.
Molecular Mass : This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.The protein has a calculated MW of 28.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 33-40 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Protein Length : Phe 20 - Thr 263
Endotoxin : Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Purity : >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Storage : For long term, the product should be stored at lyophilized state at -20°C or lower. Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. This product is stable after at:
-20°C to -70°C for 12 months in lyophilized state; -70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
