Description : |
THAP domain-containing protein 11, also known as THAP11, is a member of the thanatos-associated protein family. Localizing to the nucleus and cytoplasm, THAP11 may act as a transcriptional repressor, playing a role in embryogenesis and pluripotency of embryonic stem cells by recruiting epigenetic modifiers. THAP11 interacts with HCF1 via a coiled coil domain. Recombinant human THAP11 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli. |
