Recombinant Human TLR7 protein, His-tagged

Cat.No.: TLR7-903H
Product Overview: Recombinant Human TLR7(Pro887~Asp1036) fused with His tag at N-terminal was expressed in E. coli.
Description: The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Toll-like receptor (TLR) family which plays a fundamental role in pathogen recognition and activation of innate immunity. TLRs are highly conserved from Drosophila to humans and share structural and functional similarities. They recognize pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) that are expressed on infectious agents, and mediate the production of cytokines necessary for the development of effective immunity. The various TLRs exhibit different patterns of expression. This gene is predominantly expressed in lung, placenta, and spleen, and lies in close proximity to another family member, TLR8, on chromosome X.
Source: E. coli
Species: Human
Tag: His
Form: PBS, pH7.4, containing 0.01% SKL, 1mM DTT, 5% Trehalose and Proclin300
Molecular Mass: Predicted Molecular Mass: 21.4kDa
Protein length: Pro887~Asp1036
Endotoxin: <1.0EU per 1µg (determined by the LAL method)
Purity: > 95%
Applications: SDS-PAGE; WB; ELISA; IP
Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 centigrade for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Store at 2-8 centigrade for one month. Aliquot and store at -80 centigrade for 12 months.
Reconstitution: Reconstitute in PBS or others.
