The reduced monomer consists of 609 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 66.5 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rhTNFRSF8/Fc monomer is approximately 130 kDa due to glycosylation.
