Description : B-cell activating factor (BAFF) also known as tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 13B is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TNFSF13B gene.BAFF is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. This cytokine is a ligand for receptors TNFRSF13B/TACI, TNFRSF17/BCMA, and TNFRSF13C/BAFF-R.
Source : HEK293
Species : Human
Tag : His-Flag
Form : Supplied as 0.22um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).
Molecular Mass : The Protein has a calculated MW of 52.4kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-110 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE.
Protein length : It contains Thr141-Leu 285 trimer design.
Endotoxin : Less than 0.1EU per ug by the LAL method.
Purity : > 95% as determined by Bis-Tris PAGE
Storage : The product should be stored at -70°C. Please do not repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents.
