Molecular Mass : The secreted recombinant human TYRP1 comprises 458 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 52.2 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of rh TYRP1 is approximately 66 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.

Purity : >95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Stability : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
