Molecular Mass: The recombinant Influenza B virus (B/Florida/4/2006) HA2/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein. The reduced monomer comprises 452 amino acids with the predicted molecular mass of 49.3 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 60 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Purity: >95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Stability: Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Storage: Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution: It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
