Interleukin 12 (IL-12, NK cell stimulatory factor, cytotoxic lymphocyte maturation factor) is a heterodimeric cytokine that is naturally produced by dendritic cells, macrophages and human B-lymphoblastoid cells (NC-37) in response to antigenic stimulation.
