| Reconstitution : |
The material can be reconstituted with distilled water (or equivalent) or dilute buffers. Thorough agitating during dissolution is essential. Do not use salt conzentrations exceeding 20 mM to dissolve the lyophilized material. Salt may be added after dissolution.If reconstituted to 1 mg/mL the product will be soluble to at least 99% and the PO4 concentration will be 1.4 mM. |
