Description : |
Enables Hsp70 protein binding activity and Hsp90 protein binding activity. Involved in several processes, including response to ethanol; response to ozone; and triglyceride metabolic process. Located in Golgi membrane; endoplasmic reticulum membrane; and mitochondrial inner membrane. Is intrinsic component of endoplasmic reticulum membrane. Used to study drug-induced hepatitis. Biomarker of several diseases, including alcohol use disorder; fatty liver disease (multiple); liver disease (multiple); middle cerebral artery infarction; and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in several diseases, including acoustic neuroma; fatty liver disease; gastrointestinal system cancer (multiple); liver disease (multiple); and lung disease (multiple). Orthologous to human CYP2E1 (cytochrome P450 family 2 subfamily E member 1). |

Positive Control; Immunogen; SDS-PAGE; WB. |
Stability : |
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 centigrade for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. |
Storage : |
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Store at 2-8 centigrade for one month. Aliquot and store at -80 centigrade for 12 months. |
Storage Buffer : |
PBS, pH7.4, containing 0.01% SKL, 1mM DTT, 5% Trehalose and Proclin300. |
Reconstitution : |
Reconstitute in PBS or others. |
