• Description: B13 protein is an immunodominant recombinant antigen which encodes part of the tandemly repeated domain of the Trypanosoma cruzi. It is a 140/116 kDa protein located on the surface of infective trypomastigotes from several strains.

• Molecular Mass: Determined by SDS-PAGE, the protein band is between molecular markers of 35-25 kDa, while relative molecular mass calculated from amino acid sequence is 22.532,8 Da.
