• Bio-activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human CD22 at 0.02 μg/ml (100uL/well) can bind anti-human CD22 Mab with a linear range of 0.2-50 ng/ml.
• Molecular Mass: The recombinant human CD22 consists of 679 amino acids and predictes a molecular mass of 76.6 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 108 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
• Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
• Purity: ≥ 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. ≥ 90 % as determined by SEC-HPLC.
• Storage: Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
• Reconstitution: It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
